According to a ministry announcement released yesterday, the MPTC Speed Test has the primary function of measuring Internet traffic anywhere and at any time, showing clear results on download speeds. Upload Speed, Latency, Jitter, and YouTube video quality are essential information for daily internet use.
In the event that this measurement results show that the quality of the Internet service is abnormal or at an unusable level, users can use the results as evidence to report to the Telecommunications Regulator of Cambodia via Hotline 6789 or text message. Email qos@trc.gov.kh to file a complaint and find a solution.
The ministry encourages the public to download the app for free from now on by simply typing “MPTC Speed Test” on the App Store and Play Store or scan the QR Code below.
